Application
The dewatering screen can adjust the excitation force of the according to the degree of dryness and wetness of the material. Dry materials increase the exciting force, and vice versa decreases. The dehydrated material is discharged from the discharge end. This dewatering screen has a reasonable structure, simple operation, easy maintenance, and high screening efficiency.
Principle
The side-plate motor series dewatering screen adjusts the vibration amplitude and excitation force through the eccentric block of the side plate vibration motor, and respectively connects four unconnected side plate vibration motors through universal transmission shafts for synchronous and reverse rotation. The centrifugal force generated by four motors and eight sets of eccentric blocks is superimposed along the vibration direction, and the reverse centrifugal force is offset, so as to form a single excitation force along the vibration direction, making the sieve bed move in a straight line, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading and dehydration of materials.
