In the production workshop, truckloads of slag from waste incineration are poured into the feed inlet and sent to the automated production line to start a series of "refurnace reengineering" journeys.Through the sorting and processing processes such as coarse separation, crushing, and sorting, at the end of the production line, recycled aggregates, light substances, muck, magnetic metals and other products are conveyed, and then they are comprehensively utilized.
The project can convert 600 tons of slag waste into 100 tons of recycled aggregate, 300 tons of environmentally friendly sand, 30 tons of scrap metal, and muck and other available resources every day.Its resource utilization rate is as high as more than 85%. Renewable resources can be widely used in the foundation cushion of roads, or processed into different building products such as recycled bricks, recycled roadbed materials, and recycled wall materials.
After multiple treatment processes, these slags, which are regarded as discarded materials by other domestic waste incineration plants, are turned into 300 tons of recycled sand, which can produce 100,000 square meters of standard bricks, pave 4 basketball courts, and can also produce 30 tons of scrap metals including iron, copper, and aluminum, for resource recycling, and truly "eat and squeeze the garbage".
In the past, construction waste was mainly landfilled, but now we divide the aggregate into coarse aggregate and fine aggregate through relevant processes, of which coarse aggregate is used in concrete batching plant, as one of the raw materials for low-standard concrete, and fine aggregate can be used for the molding of brick products, which is used in municipal, garden and water conservancy.
