China has became the second larger country with producing garbage in the world and almost reaching the level with developed country according to the statistics that the production of garbage of per person daily in China has exceed 1Kg because of the development of cities in China is so quick. The rate of cleaning of daily-life garbage in China is increasing year and year to reach 21.600 tones in 2018 since 2010 according to the statistics of 《Statistical Yearbook of Urban Construction in China》issued by the Ministry of Construction of China in 2019.
There are three of harmless methods to dispose the daily garbage so far in China: sanitary landfill, incineration and others. Recently the method of sanitary landfill has covered with 60%, 35% for incineration and 5% for others when every cities in China has been disposing daily garbage. That is mean that the method of sanitary landfill in China is the most popular way. The way of sanitary landfill required size of land big enough and has a risk of soaking into the land causing pollution in addition to facing to increasing of garbage this method is not able to handle this kind of problem any more. There are some advantages about the way of incineration such as high degree of harmless, Carbon reduction,saving more land and making extra profit by generating power and heating. Therefor the utilization of waste resources and vigorously developing waste incineration for power generation has been promoted by China.
The method of disposing garbage through incineration is considered as one of the most popular ways of environment protection and modern. Those experts from domestic and oversea have reckoned that is the only way of harmless to dispose garbage.
The slags that produced by incineration for power generating consist of substances such as slag, glass, ceramics, stones, etc. Most of its appearance is similar to porous, light gray sand and stone. Even thought the slag is considered as solid of waste material. The development of slag is encouraged by China and the development of renewable energy as well according to document of GB18485《the standard of incineration pollution controlled of daily life garbage》.

The procedure of production of slag sorting:
Step 1：Feeding
The material in the hopper will be dropped in the reciprocating feeder and transported to the convey belt for next procedure after forklift put the slags into the hopper.
Step 2：Screening
The particle of slags with different size will be produced after the slags have been sorted by trommel screen.
Step 3：Crushing
The particles of slag become smaller gradually and crushing after the slags in the crusher have been disposed in order to increase the rate of sorting for metal.
Step 4：Jigging
We are Using the specific gravity difference between ore and gangue for jigging separation to select minerals with different specific gravity.
Step 5：Sand Washing
In order to reuse the sand stone the slags must be cleaned clearly and ensure the waste substances covered on sand stone removed for more pureness of slags.
Step 6：Sorting
Those metals mixed in slag will be sorted and recycled by using eddy current separator.
Step 7： Dewathering
The slags will be separated between water and sand by using dewatering screen in order to stock the sand and water for recycle using.
Step 8： Filter-press
The sands that have been deposited need to be filtered by using filter press meanwhile the clean water flows into the clean water tank for recycling with the cement cake removed and discharged.
Step 9：Tailings
It can be used as materials of construction of road or making bricks after the slags have been sorted and processed becoming environment friendly sand.
Finally the whole procedure of disposing slags ensure 100% disposed for achieving the goal of recycle using natural resource.
