Application
The dewatering screen can adjust the excitation force of the according to how dry or wet the material is. If the material is dry, greater exciting force is applied; if it is wet, lesser exciting force is applied. The dehydrated material gets discharged from the discharge end. This dewatering screen has a good structure, easy operation, and maintenance, and shows high screening efficiency.
Principle
The side-plate motor series dewatering screen adjusts the vibration amplitude and excitation force from the eccentric block of the side plate vibration motor, and synchronously and reversely connects four unconnected side plate vibration motors through universal transmission shafts. The centrifugal forces of four motors and eight sets of eccentric blocks are superimposed along the vibration direction and reverse centrifugal force is offset for the purpose of forming a single excitation force along the vibration direction only, screening and grading sieve bed straight line movement for the purpose of screening and grading and dehydration of materials.
