Application
Hammer crusher is suitable for mining, building materials, slag and other industries. It can carry out medium and fine crushing operations on materials below medium hardness such as barite, limestone, terrazzo, silica sand, coal, coke, gypsum, aluminum sulfate, and slag.
Principle
The motor rotor drives the hammer head on the rotor to rotate at high speed. The material to be crushed is fed into the crushing chamber by the feeding equipment, and the high-speed rotating rotor drives the hammer head to strike the material first; After obtaining kinetic energy, the material collides with the impact plate at high speed and undergoes secondary crushing; During the collision process, the materials gradually move to the lining plate at the lower part of the crushing chamber. When the particle size of the material is smaller than the gap between the hammer head and the lining plate, it detaches from the crushing chamber under its own gravity and the pressure of other materials, thus ending a complete crushing process.
