Principle

When the wheel sand washing machine works, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly after decelerating through the triangle belt, reducer and gear. The sand enters the washing tank from the feed trough, rolls under the drive of the impeller, and grinds each other to remove impurities that cover the sand surface and destroy the water vapor layer that covers the sand to facilitate dehydration; At the same time, water is added to form a strong water flow, timely remove impurities and small specific gravity foreign matters, and discharge them from the washing tank overflow outlet. Clean sand is carried away by the blades, and finally the sand is poured from the rotating impeller into the discharge chute to complete the cleaning function of the sand.
