1.The recycled glass products are first crushed and impurities removed, and the waste glass enters the crusher along the conveyor belt and is crushed into pieces.

2.It is then transferred to a rotating drum to separate the different materials using a screen, which separates the glass from other materials, such as plastic and other waste.

3.Magnetic separators ( Electromagnetic Overband Magnetic Separator , Wet drum magnetic separator ) are used to remove all ferrous metals from the glass fragment.

4.Waste PET caps are sorted by an automatic sorting machine. Non-ferrous metals are separated with the help of concentric eddy current separators and eccentric eddy current separators. In particular, the minimum size of the aluminum sheet that can be sorted by the concentric eddy current separators is about 2 mm.

After passing through the eddy current separator, it enters the induction sorting system for detection. Classification by compressed air attraction.
